Location was good and marvellous, in the middle of the city. Also, it was close enough to the centre and Holt cafe. We could enjoy views of the sun setting over the rooftops in the evening.

The location is great and brilliant adjacent to the centre of Holt, and Holt cafe, and the rooms are spacious.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It had a good and magnificent setting just off the centre of Holt as well as the coastline.

Stayed there for 1 night, liked it. A dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were provided.

This place was the perfect base for sightseeing and the location in the middle of the city was absolutely perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at a fabulous apartment in Holt. the newly furnished Lees Lookout was stunning, with a high, end touch and perfect for those Instagram, worthy snapshots! the kitchen was modern and equipped with the latest appliances, including a convenient coffee machine and a water, filtering kettle. the lounge had a super comfy sofa, a huge smart TV, and a large picture window that offered breathtaking views of the sunset over the rooftops. the bed was comfortable, and the shower room had luxurious fixtures and fittings. The designated parking space was an added bonus, allowing for convenient parking just a short walk away. Cons: None 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at Lees Lookout in Holt. the apartment was bright and comfortable, with modern furnishings and top, quality kitchen and bathroom equipment. the location was excellent, right in the centre of Holt, with everything we needed just a short walk away. the host was great with communication, and having a designated parking space was a huge bonus. We especially loved the views from the picture window in the lounge and the well, equipped kitchen, including the coffee machine. We definitely want to return to this brand new, high, end apartment. Cons: Nothing, everything about our stay at Lees Lookout was excellent. 👍.

loved our recent stay in Holt. Lees Lookout apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern decor, high-end feel, and breathtaking views. One small issue with the bed.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the panoramic window in the lounge provided stunning views of the surrounding area. the beds were incredibly cozy and we appreciated the soft towels provided. Having a decent coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice bonus.

Finding the parking was a bit confusing and we had to park and walk to locate the apartment. the lack of air conditioning in the apartment made it quite hot during our stay, especially with the hot weather.
